Bachelor of Arts [B.A] Mathematics - Actuarial Science

Students in this program acquire a deeper understanding of mathematical analysis, applied mathematics, and financial risk assessment. Major requirements include Calculus I, II, and III; linear and abstract algebra; an introduction to the theory of functions; and advanced studies in statistics and actuarial science. Required major electives will allow students to further customize their academic track with course options in finance, accounting, economics, computer science, and SOA-CAS exam prep, among others.
