The graduate program from Louisiana State University is designed to provide a general post-graduate education in Physics and/or Astronomy. At the Master's level, the program is intended to provide a general competence in Physics and/or Astronomy suitable either for teaching or for technical employment in a related field. The department also offers a Masters Degree in Medical Physics and Health Physics.
