Master of Science [M.S] Dentistry - Periodontology
Dentistry’s Graduate Periodontology Program, students will:
- Become competent in all diagnostic, preventive, and treatment procedures currently employed in periodontology and dental implant surgery
- Gain the didactic knowledge and the diagnostic, treatment, and maintenance skills necessary for successful completion of the American Board of Periodontology examination
- Complete the requirements for a Master of Science in Dentistry degree and a clinical certificate in periodontology

To be eligible to apply for the M.S.D. program, you must:
- Hold a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian dental school or be a graduate of an international dental school with equivalent educational background and standing
- Have a cumulative dental school GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language. If English is not your native language, you must earn a minimum score of 79 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) iBT or 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
