Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Biology
- Biology is at the heart of the main problems that will face and solve the societies of tomorrow: climate change, biodiversity conservation, natural resource management, biotechnology development, etc. Will be trained to do advanced research using a multidisciplinary approach to help to meet these many challenges.
- Essentially by preparing a doctoral thesis under the direction of a professor from the Department of Biology, this program will make student to acquire the aptitude autonomously lead a program of original and large-scale research that contributes significantly the advancement of science. Areas of expertise: cell and molecular biology, animal physiology, animal ecology, marine ecology and freshwater.
