Master of Science [M.S] Chemical and Biological Engineering
The master of science (MS) degree is based on a combination of course work, including one of the three core courses, and a master's thesis, the latter accounting for three to six credit hours; or a combination of course work, including two of the three core courses, and a comprehensive examination.
Our faculty includes a National Medal of Science awardee and three members of the National Academy of Engineering, three former National Science Foundation presidential young investigators, and several recipients of national, international, and regional research and teaching awards from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the American Chemical Society, the Electrochemical Society, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the American Society for Engineering Education, Tau Beta Pi, and the State University of New York system, among others

Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited/ government recognized university or college.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher in bachelor degree courses on a scale of 4.0
- Test scores of exams like GMAT or GRE
- Letters of recommendations

- TOEFL: minimum 79 in IBT; 8.5 minimum in Essentials; 550 minimum in PBT
- IELTS: 6.5 minimum
- PTE: 55 minimum
