Master of Science [M.S] Agriculture

The programs that the Agricultural students work to outreach are designed to:

  • Enhance the use of economic principles and market information in solving the economic problems faced by people in farming, agribusinesses, natural resources and rural communities
  • Support educational development that uses research-based knowledge and interdisciplinary efforts to address the needs of Louisiana's agriculture and natural resources
  • Respond to high-priority issues relating to farming, agribusiness, natural resources and rural communities.

Graduate students can pursue an M.S. and Ph.D. degree in the areas of agribusiness management, natural resource and environmental policy, production economics, marketing and international trade.
