Academic Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree (4-years) from a recognized institution or an equivalent degree from the university.
- Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in the subject of the specialization to which the application is made, or a closely related area.
- GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 point system, over the past two years of full-time study (10 full-course equivalents or 60 units) of an undergraduate degree.
Work Experience Eligibility:
- Students may also be considered who have good research work.

Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
