The undergraduate leadership major provides a multidisciplinary approach - ranging from business, social science, psychology, philosophy, and history - to the study and practice of leadership. These perspectives will be used to examine leaders and the leadership process and to recommend or apply appropriate ethical solutions based on sound theoretical concepts and practitioner level principles.
