The mission of the MCIS department is to provide quality programs for three Bachelor of Science degrees, and two Master of Science degrees. MCIS also offers?a minor in four areas, and?courses for students seeking a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in mathematics. The programs of this department place a strong emphasis on quality teaching, and encourage research and other scholarly activities to strengthen this emphasis.
