Bachelor of Applied Technology Architecture
- Bachelors in Applied Technology - Architecture (Project and Facility Management) at Conestoga College allows students to complete this program in 4 Years.
- Students are required to successfully complete two language electives (in one language) in order to graduate.
- This dynamic four-year co-op degree, delivered at the honors level, focuses on the entire architectural process from the planning phase through to occupancy and redesign use.
- The main concepts covered under the program are:

- Introduction to Architecture - Project and Facility Management
- Human Health, Ergonomics, Environment and Safety
- Building Sciences
- Computer Concepts
- This program is the only one of its kind in Canada, highlighting both project management and facility management.
- Students will gain strong foundations in architecture, construction, basic engineering and business; comprehensive insight into project and facility management; and have additional exposure to liberal arts disciplines and practical applications for the business enterprise.
- The student to teacher ratio is 18:1 which helps increase in interaction between professors and students.

Academic Eligibility:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, OR 19 years of age or older
- A minimum of six (6) Grade 12 courses with a minimum cumulative average of 65%, including three (3) required U level courses and three (3) additional U or M level courses (Higher averages are often required for admission due to competition for available spaces in the program.)
- The following Grade 12 U courses, or equivalent, are required:
- English
- One of Physics, Biology OR Chemistry
- One of the Advanced Functions, Data Management OR Calculus and Vectors
- Three other Grade 12 U or M level courses
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Indian students need to maintain an overall average of 65% in Grade 12th
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
