Master of Science [M.S] Industrial Engineering and Operations Research
The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering has 29 full time tenure track faculty members, and approximately 750 undergraduate and 150 graduate students. The faculty in the Department are actively engaged in teaching, research and service across a wide spectrum of technical areas within mechanical and industrial engineering. New student spaces include the Exploratorium (which makes possible state-of-the art teaching and team projects) and the Altra Industrial Motion Innovation Shop
