The mission of the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering is to provide:
- High-quality undergraduate programs that continually incorporate advances in civil engineering technology.

Academic Eligibility:

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the GRE requirement has been waived for domestic and international students for the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 admission cycles.
- Upload unofficial transcripts (English version only) with the online application. Original, official transcripts should not be sent until an offer of admission is made from the Graduate School.
- Submission of IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores is required.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- A bachelor’s degree from an EAC-ABET accredited college or university in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
