Post Baccalaureate Diploma Computer and Information Systems
- Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Computer and Information Systems at Douglas College is offered as 2 years teaching program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on both full time and part-time basis.
- Students have to successfully complete 60 credits offered in fall, winter, and summer.
- In the first year, students will learn the basics of computing and programming and will become familiar with current development tools.
- In the second year, students will hone their technical skills through one of two streams.

- The program consists of twenty courses. Students take ten core courses in the first year, then take ten more courses in one of two streams:
- Data Analytics
- Emerging Technology
- Students put their skills and knowledge to work with a term with the co-operative education program. They will get hands-on work experience.
- Students may have job opportunities as a Computer Systems Analyst, Web Developer, Network Administrator, etc.
- The average salary of the program goes up to 35,000 USD.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete BC secondary school graduation (or the equivalent in another school system).
- Students have one course short of BC secondary school graduation.
- Students complete 19 years old by the end of the first month of the first semester of attendance.
- Applicants must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada or an equivalent credential from an approved institution of a different country.
Language Requirements:
- Students must have strong English skills.
- The students whose official language is not English must submit the English Language Proficiency scores like IELTS or TOEFL.
- If the student does not meet the language requirements they can take English Language Learning and Acquisition (ELLA) program and complete it and pursue this program.
