Biostatisticians often collaborate with public health and clinical professionals to do research and analyze problems in a range of health sciences, providing the evidence needed to make critical decisions.
  • Students with an MPH in Biostatistics degree will be able to assist with the implementation of research studies of human health and disease; design and implement data management systems; design and implement tabular and graphical displays of quantitative information; draw inferences from quantitative data, and use statistical reasoning to deal effectively with public health problems and risk assessment.
