Master of Science [M.S] Building Construction
To be eligible for admission to the M.B.C. or M.S.B.C. programs, a student must hold a 4-year undergraduate degree in building construction or its equivalent in related fields. “Equivalent in related fields” should include studies in construction materials and methods, structures, and management. Students with deficiencies in these related fields may need longer residence for the master’s degree, as they will be required to take specified basic courses to provide a foundation for advanced courses. There is no foreign language requirement.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a recognized baccalaureate, graduate, or professional degree from a regionally accredited US institution or a comparable degree from an international institution.
- For applicants with a bachelor’s degree only, a minimum grade point average of B (3.0) is required.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
- Submission of GRE scores is required.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Completed a master’s degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
