Bachelor of Arts [B.A] Performing Arts
- The performing arts track is designed to give students the opportunity to combine their love of performance with the theory and practice of media studies.
- Majors who choose this concentration will take courses in communication and media studies as well as music, theater and dance.
- Students will produce in-depth presentations, performances and written work and will acquire the knowledge and technical skills to pursue careers in the media and arts as they develop a theoretical, aesthetic and historical understanding of the professional fields.

- Personal qualities and interests that will allow one to make a unique addition to the Sacred Heart community.
- SHU is a test-optional institution. One may elect to submit SAT or ACT scores for consideration; however, there is no requirement to do so.

- Academic performance in high school.
- For all non-native English speakers, an official score report of an English language proficiency examination—or acceptable waiver—is required.
