- Nothing prepares students for the challenges faced in the boardroom like experiential learning. These opportunities include:
- Capstone Competition: Student teams compete against each other in an industry with the assistance of a faculty mentor during this week-long multidisciplinary business simulation.
- Field study: At the conclusion of the first year of graduate study (fourth year at Kelley), student teams are assigned to five-to-seven-week projects working and living on location for a host organization. Student teams have been assigned to projects for prestigious firms in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Zurich, Brussels, Chengdu, London, Hong Kong, and beyond.
- Field consulting: Kicking off year two of graduate study, semester-long consulting projects give 3/2 MBA students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business issues in a team setting.
- Internships: All 3/2 MBA students engage with at least three companies/organizations while earning their degree. This includes at least one internship.
