Master of Arts [M.A] Art History
Program learning outcomes:
- Cultural and Historic Knowledge: to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse character of visual and performative art traditions from a diversity of historic and cultural traditions as the result of coursework, individual consultations and workshop experiences; to develop advanced knowledge in a particular period of art or a particular non-Western culture
- Analytical, Critical, and Presentation Skills: To engage with and develop a variety of arguments relevant to particular art historical projects and to develop skills in written and oral discourse
- Research and Methodology: to observe, describe and interpret art objects, events and concepts within a cultural context and to access and utilize relevant primary and secondary source material in diverse formats, including digital technology.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university to get admission to this program.
- Students require a minimum GPA of 3 on a 4.0 scale for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Students need to submit minimum GRE exam scores for a better chance of admission.
- Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
