International Development Studies gives students the tools to examine the sources and consequences of human inequality from a global perspective. Through an interdisciplinary lens, they will explore wide-ranging themes such as global poverty and hunger, conflict, ecological degradation, and cultural identity.Their studies will pay particular attention to the world’s most vulnerable populations and their complex relations with the most powerful countries and international organizations.
