Master of Law [L.L.M] Taxation
The University of Florida Levin College of Law Graduate Tax Programs program offers advanced instruction for law graduates who plan to specialize in international taxation, in the practice of law. Applications are currently being accepted for the international tax LL.M. programs. The deadline to apply for fall 2021 admission is July 15, 2021.
Successful applicants applying at UF demonstrate strong academic performance in their law school program. Additional factors may include the applicant’s professional experience and references from professors and lawyers. To be competitive for admission, foreign-educated, non-English speaking applicants should generally possess at least an 85 TOEFL or 6.5 IELTS score.
Tuition fees for International Tax LL.M. Graduate Tax Programs for the 2021 academic year are 21,211.06 USD for Florida residents and 37,993.80 USD for non-residents. There is also a 200 USD program fee. The Graduate Tax Programs at the University of Florida offers a variety of merit-based assistantships and scholarships. Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with a background in law, legal studies, or its relevant field.
- Submission of LSAT score is required.
- A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
