- This program, however, also serves those whose primary interest is the elusive and alluring question of how the brain works. An important feature of our program is the wide range of laboratory facilities available, and students are encouraged to engage in neuroscience research in collaboration with the faculty.
- In a quest to understand the brain and nervous system—and how they respond to stimuli or thoughts, from the level of molecules to behaviors—Lawrence offers neuroscience through an intensive interdisciplinary approach that draws on the strengths of our biology, chemistry, and psychology programs.
