Biological sciences studies living organisms and their relationship to the environment. Being such a broad area of study, the major lays a foundation for careers in many areas ranging from genetics and the health professions to pre-veterinary medicine and environmental sciences. You’ll have the flexibility of designing a course of study that will prepare you for your intended career in biological sciences whether that applies to biomedicine or the natural world.

Academic Eligibility:

  • SAT/ACT Scores (with writing) [not needed if graduated from high school two or more years before the dates the classes start at SEBS or if the applicant have finished secondary school and have received at least 12 college credits with final grades by the admissions application due date.]
  • Completed application form
  • $70 nonrefundable application fee
  • Official high school transcript(s) with final grades for all coursework with a certified translation in English. In addition, students might be asked to provide translated syllabi or course descriptions for faculty evaluation once on campus.
  • If applicable, official college transcript(s) for all colleges previously attended with a certified translation in English.

Indian Eligibility:

  • Indian School Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, Higher School Certificate, Higher Secondary Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, and Pre-University course: (awarded on completion of Standard XII)
