Bachelor of Science [B.S] Physics and Atmospheric Sciences
Physics is the study of the fundamental properties of energy and matter. When students study physics at Dalhousie, they will gain insight into the complex and ever-changing world. These courses will inform and challenge students. In lectures, students will be introduced to key topics, while labs provide students with opportunities to ask questions and explore related subjects. In Atmospheric Science courses, students will learn more about the environmental issues affecting the climate.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must a minimum overall average of 75% in the following subjects:
- Academic English 12
- Pre-calculus Math 12
- Students must acquire three additional academic subjects.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they have any one of the following certificates:
- All-India Senior School Certificate (CBSE)
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
- Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
- Or, another Senior Secondary School Certificate awarded after standard XII
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
