Master of Science [M.S] Computer Science and Information Technology

  • Computer Science: The Computer Science track is ideal for those who wish to pursue advanced study in areas of programming, data structures, and fundamental computer language design.
  • In the computer science concentration, students will incorporate theoretical understanding with hands-on work to learn the basics of computation and how to build secure databases and systems that help the virtual world flourish.
  • Information Technology: The Information Technology (IT) track is designed specifically to accommodate the dynamic demands of the contemporary marketplace. With the exponential growth of the Internet and the wide-ranging ramifications of the accompanying technologies, the IT track will prepare individuals for careers that utilize, or are affected by, the latest technological advances and methods of modern business and industry.
  • In the MS in Computer Science & Information Technology program, students will:
  • Learn to use software including .Net 2019 (C#, ASP.net, VB.net), Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Dreamweaver, Animate, PhotoShop, etc.), Java, C++, Python, “R” and more
  • Study machine learning, deep learning, data communications, network security, Oracle, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and software engineering
  • Learn to solve a problem, then implement and test the solution

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students should have a bachelor's degree in related fields from a recognized university.
  • A GRE/GMAT exam is not required, however, exam scores may optionally be submitted in support of the application.

Indian Eligibility:

  •  A minimum Bachelor’s grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • An Official English Language Proficiency examination such as TOEFL, or IELTS is required for all non-native English speakers.
