Master of Science [M.S] Animal Science
- This program will prepare the students to make their own contribution to the ever-changing field.
- They will build research skills and develop specialized knowledge in areas like animal nutrition, reproductive physiology, meats, animal breeding, and muscle biology and growth.
- They also will conduct independent research on a topic that interests them in the form of a thesis.
- Much of their experience will take place in the on-campus meat-science labs and animal centers, home to purebred cows, breeding Suffolk ewes, and milking Holstein cows.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in in animal or health science from a recognized university.
- They should have an interest in research methodologies and data collection.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for the program.
Indian Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
