- Messiah is the only private Christian college in the country with an ABET-accredited undergraduate program that offers a unique mix of six types of engineering degree concentrations. Students can choose to concentrate on biomedical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or have the option to not declare a concentration.
- The general engineering option provides considerable flexibility for students to customize their experience. In addition to the various combinations of engineering courses permitted by the program, students may also couple the engineering degree with minor or other areas of study. For example, minors in physics, chemistry, and business administration are typical complements to the general engineering degree. Students may also choose this program in order to pursue Messiah’s pre-med advising option or pre-law minor.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must submit their academic records.
- Students' transcript records must include results/marks for individual courses, as well as diplomas or certificates required in their country as evidence of qualification for university.
- If a student's native language is not English, they are required to submit scores of either TOEFL or IELTS to English language proficiency.
- Students are required to submit their SAT/ ACT scores.
