Master of Science [M.S] Criminology
Crime is a core issue in any society, and it is a topic that is often clouded in mystery. It is not easy to understand why people commit crimes, what an appropriate punishment should be, or how policymakers can change laws to prevent future crimes. UT Dallas is the perfect place to explore this field.
The School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences offers a Master of Science (MS) in Criminology. This interdisciplinary, research-oriented program was the first of its kind offered in the state. Here you will study crime and justice in an urban setting and can take advantage of the program’s many partnerships with law enforcement and criminal justice agencies.
