- An undergraduate degree in Economics provides a broad education in the liberal arts, focusing on the social sciences, with a specialization in economic theory and application. Students can select the Bachelor of Arts in Economics, which includes more liberal arts courses, the Bachelor of Science in Economics, which provides in-depth training in analytical methods, or the B.S. in Economics: Business Economics concentration, which combines additional mathematics and statistics training in the context of economics and business.
