- Graduate Certificate in Organization Management degree at the Cambrian College is offered a 1-year (2 semesters) program.
- This program is offered on a full-time basis.
- Through this program, students will take a series of carefully selected business courses that will build and enhance their skills in critical areas of management such as finance, marketing, human resources, and leadership.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree from an Ontario College or equivalent.
- A minimum of 60% is required in each prerequisite course.
- Applicants working in related industries without a diploma or degree may be considered on an individual basis.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- The students must have completed 10th and intermediate i.e 12th grade which has the minimum with 70% marks.
- Applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree in an equivalent field.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
