Master of Arts [M.A] International Development and Policy
- MA in International Development and Policy at The University of Chicago is a 1-year teaching program.

- The nine courses in the Harris MAIDP curriculum can be completed in one academic year and cover three categories:

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0 (B grade) out of 4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
- Submission of GRE score is not required in this program.
Work Experience:
Students must have a significant work experience of typically 3-5 years or more.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, completed a master degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, completed a 3-year UG degree with a first-class from an accredited institution
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
