- This is a 3-year co-op program that focuses on the design and construction of various types of Civil Engineering projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, heavy industrial, rail and transit, storm, sanitary, and water systems.

- This program also teaches BIM (Building Information Modelling) as well as CIM (Civil Information Modelling) through the use of the latest industry-standard software.

- This approach to education relies upon a three-way partnership: the student, the institution and industry.
- Field experience positions can be paid or unpaid. It requires students to accumulate 100 hours of construction industry-related experience over the course of their 3rd and 4th semesters.
- The field experience is facilitated through the Angelo DelZotto (ADZ) School of Construction Management, via collaborative efforts from the academic supervisors, program coordinators and the Chair.
- The program offers a co-op in the 5th semester. Entry to the co-op stream is competitive and is based on GPA and an interview process.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students have completed an Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree.
- Students must complete Grade 12 English (C or U) with 60% or higher.
- Students also have to complete a Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U) with 60% or higher.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria
- Students must be graduated from senior secondary school.
- Students have a minimum overall of 60% in 10th and 12th Grade for all streams.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
