Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] Computer Science and Informatics
The Emory Computer Science and Informatics (CSI) PhD program is building on strengths and recent growth in data-oriented areas of computer science, with main research concentrations, are in Data Science and Biomedical Informatics. The Emory CSI program integrates collaborative opportunities with the Emory School of Medicine, Rollins School of Public Health, the Woodruff Library, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Students have better than a B+ average, and strong undergraduate or professional research experiences.
- International applicants whose native language is not English must also complete the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have passed graduation in a relevant field from a recognized institution with 60%.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
