Master of Science [M.S] Information Systems

In Northeastern’s Master of Science in Information Systems (MS-IS) program, students will embark on an IT leadership pathway as a more-evolved, dynamic software engineer. This flexible degree program puts software at the forefront of the engineering paradigm to address the socio-technical needs of contemporary society. The degree will involve a deep level of applied learning with hands-on case studies in every course and at least one required co-op experience in the industry. Students will also have the flexibility to tailor their degree to their professional goals through a number of available concentrations:

Academic Eligibility: 

  • Students must have a  bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent to get admission in this program.
  • Students required a minimum GPA of 3.6.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
