AIF 2022 is an eight-month leadership and business development program for African women innovators who are working on early-stage engineering innovations or start-ups who want to expand, scale, and get ready to pitch to investors. Beginning in November 2022, AIF will host a series of online masterclasses on topics such as concept and business incubation, leadership development, fundraising, and pitch readiness. The program, which runs from June 2023 until June 2024, includes a fully financed in-person business Bootcamp, professional engineering council, mentorship, and financial coaching.
