The President's Scholarship for World Leaders (for International Students) at the University of Winnipeg is one of the university's entry scholarships for international students. International students who are enrolling for the first time in any of the University's divisions – Undergraduate, Graduate, Collegiate, PACE, or ELP – are eligible for the grant. Applicants must have an entrance average of at least 80% or comparable and be involved in activities that display leadership..
