For the Dean's scholarship: One must be registering for the first time in a thesis or dissertation-based program at the University of Saskatchewan. Must have a minimum grade point entrance average of 85% Must show proof of research activity in refereed journal publications or conference presentations/publications (at least 1 publication or 1 presentation) For the Graduate awards: One must be registered to study in the following departments.
