Helmut Veith Stipend at TU Wien
The Helmut Veith Stipend is given to exceptionally talented and motivated female computer science students who are enrolled in (or plan to enroll in) one of the master's programs in Computer Science at TU Wien that are taught in English and who have (or want to develop) a solid mathematical and technical background in at least one of the fields in which Austrian scientist Helmut Veith worked. The Helmut Veith Stipend is dedicated to the memory of Helmut Veith (1971-2016), an outstanding computer scientist who was a strong advocate and mentor for women in computer science.

Application Steps
1. Applicants must be eligible for admission to one of the TU Wien's English-taught master's programs in computer science. • Master of Science in Logic and Computation • Master of Science in Business Informatics • Master of Science in Computer Engineering (Technische Informatik) • Master of Science in Data Science • Master of Science in Media and Human-Centered Computing 2. While funding applications can be submitted before or concurrently with the admissions process, money will only be given to students who have been unconditionally accepted into the master's program. 3. Female students who match the criteria below are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
