The Graduate Trainee Program is an annual recruitment effort that aims to draw in young, talented, and energetic people to satisfy the expanding manpower requirements across the company and build a pipeline of future leaders who will advance the Bank. The program is especially aimed to attract fresh graduates with the aim of feeding into the Bank’s career and succession planning to create a pool of replacement candidates for internal staff identified for other career opportunities across departments/directorates, thereby enhancing employees’ career mobility in the Bank.

Application Requirements

Must have a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Must be a maximum age of 27 years as of 30 June 2022.
Must have a minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).
Must have completed NYSC training at the time of application.
In addition, candidates should demonstrate the following attributes: Have a strong passion for excellence.
Good problem-solving skills, creativity, and a great appetite for learning.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
