The Graduate Trainee Program is an annual recruitment effort that aims to draw in young, talented, and energetic people to satisfy the expanding manpower requirements across the company and build a pipeline of future leaders who will advance the Bank. Application Requirements

Must have a minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Must be a maximum age of 27 years as of 30 June 2022.
Must have a minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).
Must have completed NYSC training at the time of application.
