Bartlett Promise Scholarship at University College London
Having noted the disparities in diversity across the higher education sector and in industry, the Bartlett Promise scholarship seeks to help students from a range of different backgrounds achieve their educational dreams. The scholarship is set as a long-term project to attract students from diverse backgrounds. The scholarships cover tuition fees, living, and study costs for the duration of the degree programmes. Recipients also receive mentoring, personal support, and career advice. This specific scholarship is open to applicants who are nationals of a Bartlett-approved list of Sub-Saharan African countries pursuing a Bartlett master’s program.

Application Steps
Candidates must be a national of one of The Bartlett’s approved list1 of Sub Saharan African (SSA) countries and resident in an eligible SSA country Must not hold British or dual British citizenship. The candidate must have an offer of admission to a Bartlett master’s program for study in 2022/23. Must be in financial need as assessed by UCL2 In addition to these, due consideration will be given to candidates who meet any of these criteria: be a forced migrant3 be the first generation in the family to attend university at the undergraduate level be the first generation in the family to attend university at the postgraduate level.
