Access Bank Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton Africa

Access Bank Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton Africa

The Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton program, introduced in 2019, is the first program of its kind in the sector given by Access Bank's W Initiative. In its initial iteration, the program offered 50 Nigerian women business owners a free mini-MBA certification along with financial awards totaling N9 million to the top 5 candidates. Together with the International Finance Corporation, it carried out this action (IFC, a member of the World Bank Group). The program was then expanded to 10 additional African nations where Access Bank's W project is present. Since then, the program has given 200 women business owners in Africa mini-MBAs. This year's initiative, which is in its fourth season, aims to give another 100 Nigerian women business owners mini-MBA certifications.
